Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. While we strive for same-day or next-business-day fulfillment, processing times may vary based on inventory availability and order volume.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are based on carrier estimates (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information at the time of checkout.
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional fees, or failed delivery.
- Lano Equipment is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
- Any address changes after order placement may delay shipment and are not guaranteed to be accommodated.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the selected carrier.
- Lano Equipment is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors caused by the carrier.
- Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues once the package is in transit.
- We are happy to assist in providing shipment details or documentation needed to support your claim.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with the carrier and surrounding area. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Backorders & Inventory
In the event of an inventory discrepancy or backorder:
- Customers will be notified as soon as possible
- Orders may be delayed, partially fulfilled, or canceled
- Full refunds will be issued for any canceled items
Shipping Holidays & Weekends
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Carrier transit times do not include weekends or observed holidays.
