OPERATOR TRAINING COURSE NOTICE

This letter is to advise you that LANO EQUIPMENT, INC. is offering an operator's
training course for Skid Steer Loader and Mini Excavator operators. We have outlined
the course on the pages attached to this notice. Please call or e-mail at your
earliest convenience to make an appointment.

OPERATOR TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION
Skid-Steer Loaders & Mini Excavators
|
|
This 3 to 4 hours course will include effective instruction on basic operator safety, inspection, and equipment characteristics in accordance with applicable OSHA regulations and equipment manufacturers' guidance. Each student will receive classroom evaluation. Upon successful completion of this course, each student will be qualified to operate a Skid-Steer Loader or a Mini Excavator. Students will also receive an operator's course book, safety booklet, various handouts and a certificate of completion with operators card.
Training materials for the above courses may be needed for your program implementation and are available from LANO EQUIPMENT, INC. Additional charges for training material will be required. Training material prices will be quoted upon request.

- Classroom instruction, hands-on training including operation of units and scored testing.

- Customer location price based on 2 to 10 students. There may be additional costs for larger groups, equipment needed, or travel expenses.
- Course lengths: 3 to 4 hours initially.
- Classes may be conducted during regular shifts.
- Additional hands-on training and customized classes will be quoted individually.
- All classes are in compliance with OSHA directives and consists of classroom instruction, safety testing, pre-inspection, and hands-on training with an evaluation.
- Each student will receive course materials, various handouts, and a certificate of completion including an operator's wallet card.
